General Terms
Driver’s age: Minimum 21 years old.
Driving license: A valid driving license of the European Union issued at least a year earlier, or an international permit accompanied by a local driving license.
Minimum hire: 2 days (48 hours). Each additional hour (maximum three) is charged additionally at 1/5th of the daily rate. For more than a three hour delay, the renter is charged with the cost of an entire day.
Mileage limit: Unlimited
Fleet Availability: The Company reserves the right to provide a different car model to that originally reserved of an equivalent model type.
Rent: Every day rental has a 24 hour charge.
Car Delivery / Return: The delivery / return of the vehicle can take place in any part of the island and at any time desired by the customer at no extra charge by agreement with the company.
Fuel: The renter must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel he received. In case of return of the vehicle with less fuel than the starting fuel, the company reserves the right to charge the customer with the fuel difference. No refund is given if the vehicle is returned with more fuel than the starting fuel.
Child seat: The child safety seat is provided at no additional cost on request and subject to availability.
Appeals-fines: Appeals and fines resulting from administrative offenses are entirely the responsibility of the renter.
Insurance:The rental price includes mixed insurance with an exemption of 700 euros + VAT for categories A,AA,C.B,AB,SJ,BJ,CA. Necessary condition, driving in accordance with the Road Traffic Code.
Any damage to tyres, windshields, windows, mirrors and underbody is not covered by the above insurance.
Additional Driver: Up to two drivers can be added to each rental agreement. The additional guide is provided with a supplement of €2.5 per rental day. The same applies for the additional driver as for the main driver in terms of driving license and age limit.
