1. MINIMUM RENTAL CHARGE: The minimum rental charge is 1 day.
2. DRIVING LICENSE POLICY:
   Minimum age 25 years, valid license issued for at least 3 years is necessary

Maximum age: 69 years old for all car categories. For ages over 69 years old there will be an extra charge of 5 euros per day (VAT included).

Valid international or European Unions’ driving license for at least 12 months, Identity card or Passport.

1. THIRD PARTY INSURANCE (Required by Law): Free of charge. Coverage limits: a) Third Party Bodily Injury or death up to 33.540.000 €, b) Third Party Property Damage 1.120.000 €.  
2. COLLISION DAMAGE (CDW): Covers the vehicle’s liability and fire with a deductible amount. For car categories A,B1,B2,C1,C2,D1,D2 600euro, for E1,E2,E3,E4 800 euro, for G3,G4,H1,H2 1000 euro. Full Damage Waiver : May be provided with an extra cost of 10 euro / Day. CDW & FDW does not provide any coverage concerning damages provoked at the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, wind shields, mirrors and tires. Basic condition is that the damage is not due to infringement of Road Circulation Code. The Accident Statement should always be supplemented so that the insurances’ covers will be in effect. In case of car accident and damages police report is mandatory. Without police report the client takes full responsibility.

3. WHEELS,UNDERSIDE,GLASS(W.U.G) : Covers any coverage concerning damages provoked at the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, wind shields, mirrors and tires. Basic condition is that the damage is not due infringement of Road Code Circulation, €5 per day for all groups- Paid locally

4. THEFT (TW): Covers the rented vehicle against total theft with a deductible amount. For car categories A,B1,B2,C1,C2,D1,D2  600 euro, for E1,E2,E3,E4  800 euro, for G3,G4,H1,H2  1000 euro.
5. FIRE: Covers the rented vehicle against fire with a deductible amount. 
6. REFUELING CHARGES: Return as initially taken (failure by the client to return fuel same as taken will incur a refuelling charge of 20 euro plus missing fuel)
7. 24/7 ROAD ASSISTANCE
8. VEHICLE REPLACEMENT: within 24hours. 24/7 FREE ROAD ASSISTANCE within territory of CYPRUS and telephone service support.
9. VAT, MUNICIPALITY  TAXES: Included in your rate package not in extra services or products
10. ENVIRONMENTAL FEE, REGISTRATION FEE, VLF

  D. DEPOSITS, SERVICE CARS, COMMISSION, CLAIMS, OTHER CHARGES, TAXES, FEES,

1. SECURITY DEPOSITS (SD): In each rental a credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINNERS, and AMEX) is essential. Deposit For car categories A,B1,B2,C1,C2,D1,D2 600 euro, for E1,E2,E3,E4 800 euro, for G3,G4,H1,H2 1000 euro plus rental charge. CASH DEPOSITS are accepted! Personal Credit Card, not Cash Card Maestro (e.g.: Electron). Cash /Debit Card cannot be used as guarantee card but can be used for the payment of the rental.

Driving Abroad: Not allowed.

ACCIDENT ADMINISTRATION FEE: In case of accident an administration fee of 50 euro will be charged. This charge applies irrelevantly of liability.

LOCATION SURCHARGE FEE: of approx. EUR 20.00 for rentals commencing through an airport location.

TRAFFIC OR OTHER MUNICIPAL FINES: The Driver is fully liable.

VAT: 19%

CLAIMS:  Any possible claims should be stated to Avance the latest in 30 days time after the end of the rental. The full written description of the problem is required.

RENTER OBLIGATION: The vehicle should be used only by the renter or other additional drivers mentioned on the rental agreement. The vehicle is prohibited to be used, for infringement of provisions of the Cyprus Road Circulation Code, for purposes opposite to the Cyprus laws, for towing other vehicles, in order to transport heavy objects or baggage, flammable materials, or smelly objects, to be used outside asphalt road network, under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or toxic substances, for transportation via boats or cross border rentals without a prior written authorization of Avance Cyprus. Vehicles returned in bad condition and dirty in the interior will be charged for special cleaning with a minimum cost of 50 euro.

TERMS, CONDITIONS & RATES: are subject to change with a written notification by Avance at least 5 business days earlier. Exception possible changes of the Cyprus Law or European Union.
