Όλα καλά, μόνο που πιστεύω η Auto Union Car Rental θα έπρεπε να στείλει e-mail για να ενημερώσει ότι θα έπρεπε να πάω εγώ ο ίδιος να παραλάβω το αμάξι από την εταιρεία, αφού δεν κατέστη εφικτή η επικοινωνία με το τηλέφωνο (το δικό μου κινητό δεν ίσχυε και είχα ξεχάσει να βάλω το καινούργιο και το δικό του σταθερό που είχαν βάλει στην κράτηση επίσης δεν ίσχυε).

I had to call the road assistance 3 times (good service, very reactive), go to a garage to have the battery changed - which cost me 80 € that I won't have back. The man who came to get the car back was of no help and this renting experience is really bad as far as I am concerned. Never again.

Ικανοποιητική στο σύνολο, παρά τα παρακάτω.
Ωραίο αυτοκίνητο, καθαρό σε καλή κατάσταση. Θα ήθελα τη αυτοκίνητο να παραδίδεται με φουλ βενζίνη όπως συνηθίζετε για να μην υπάρχει δυσκολία στον υπολογισμό κατά την παράδοση. Όσο για το ντεπόζιτο τον 700€ που ζητήθηκε ενώ δεν είχα υπογράψει στην σύμβαση κάτι τέτοιο, είναι καταχρηστικό και θα έπρεπε να είστε πιο προσεκτικοί όταν ζητάτε κάτι τέτοιο ενώ όλα τα αυτοκίνητα είναι ασφαλισμένα με μικτή ασφάλεια. Και δεν ξέρω ποιος θα δεχόταν να του κρατήσετε στις μέρες μας ένα τέτοιο ποσό.

Bessere Kommunikation.
Das Fahrzeug wurde bereits am 16.06.20 wieder storniert, da der gebuchte Flug von Eurowings annuliert wurde. Leider wurde das Büro vor Ort nicht informiert. Ich wurde am 02.07.20 von der griechischen Vertretung angerufen ob ich das Auto benötige. Ich bitte um Rückbuchung meiner Anzahlung auf die Visacard.

Θα προτιμούσα να έχω το αυτοκίνητο που διαλέξει και όχι την ισοδύναμη λυση
Έκλεισα ένα Audi Q3 και τελικά παρέλαβα ισοδύναμο BMW X1. Ως αυτοκίνητο μέτριο, τεράστια κατανάλωση, μικρός κινητήρας για το ταξίδι που το χρειαστηκα. Επίσης θα εκτιμούσα να μην είναι το ντεπόζιτο στα 5/8 αλλά γεμάτο όπως συνηθως σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις όταν παρέλαβα γιατί έπρεπε να το παραδώσω το ίδιο και έφαγα χρόνο χωρίς λόγο στο βενζινάδικο να φτάσω τα 5/8.

με βοήθησαν και μου είπαν στοιχεία που έπρεπε να γνωρίζω και να προσέξω για την υπόθεσή μου στο νησί.

In der Hochsaison etwas flexibler werden
Die Öffnungszeiten besser anpassen und bei Verspätungen flexibler reagieren, ansonsten war alles gut. Das Auto ist sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr guten Zustand, der Mitarbeiter absolut höflich, freundlich und bei mir super pünktlich.

Einfach ungenügend
Laut Reservierungsbestätigung war ein zusätzlicher Fahrer gratis, jedoch wurde uns dieser vor Ort als zusätzliche Leistung gegen Zahlung für einen zweiten Fahrer angedroht. Außerdem wurden wir deutlich vor Abgabetermin kontaktiert das Fahrzeug zur Abholung freizugeben, welches als nicht kundenfreundlich empfunden wurde.

Problème de taille de voiture avec beaucoup d'attente au port de Santorin pour changer de voiture avec un surcoût de 30 Euros.
Voiture trop petite pour nos bagages avec 4 personnes (Fiat Panda prévu pas dispo et proposition d'une voiture beaucoup plus petite) . Nous avons été obligé de changer de voiture, il m'ont proposé une Toyota Yaris moyennant 30 Euros de plus payé en cash. Après, la voiture était très bien et restitution rapide dans leur agence et transport à l'Aéroport avec une navette. Manque de précision au départ sur le volume de la voiture.

Not bad - not great!
We had a problem as we returned the car. They found a damage on the back bumper for which, as far as I know, we were not responsible. Even though we had a full damage insurance we had to pay for it. As I came back I took contact with Rental Deals and they solved the problem in less than 24 hours and I received the money back on my credit card. I would not say that AutoUnion offered a bad service but let say somehow impersonal. I must admit that the Meet and Greet service was top!

άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και παροχή ασφαλούς αυτοκίνητου
το προσωπικό φιλικό και άκρως εξυπηρετικό, δεν υπήρξε κανένα πρόβλημα στην συνεννόηση σχετικά με την παραλαβή και την παράδοση του αυτοκινήτου. Το σημαντικότερο είναι οτι το αυτοκίνητο ήταν καινούργιο και παρόλα αυτά η τιμή ενοικίασης του ήταν στα πλαίσια που κινείται η αγορά. Έχοντας συνηθίσει δυστυχώς η ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτων στα νησιά να αφορά παλιά οχήματα χωρίς servise και καθαρισμό, ήταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη έκπληξη η παροχή αυτοκινήτου απο την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία.

Πανάκριβη υπηρεσία. Μας χρέωσαν την μεταφορά από το ένα λιμάνι στο άλλο 50 ευρώ. Ενώ άλλες υπηρεσίες δεν χρεώνουν τίποτα. Πολύ ακριβή τιμή ανά ημέρα 85 ευρω. Με λίγα λόγια δώσαμε 175 ευρώ για μια μέρα. Μέσα σε αυτά ήταν και μια προκαταβολή 60 ευρώ για 4 βραδιά που χαμε κλείσαμε και εντέλει τα ακύρωσαμε και κρατήσαμε μόνο ένα.

Είμαι πλήρως ικανοποιημένη με τις υπηρεσίες προσωπικού.Φιλικοι,ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν! Ελισάβετ σ'ευχαριστω πολύ για όλα!

I rent a small fiat panda, the insurance paperwork in the car referred to a huyndai!!! The odometer of the car showed 30k Km, however the car was way too old. I am sure the odometer was “worked up”.

on arrival at the airport I was not expecting anyone. it took about 15 minutes for someone from Auto Union to come in (family with 3 children ...). when he received the car, he had a rusty rubber. the problem was solved quite quickly 15-20 min, but I left without the spare wheel, was then brought to the hotel. when I handed the car, I waited for about 20 minutes, there was no one in the office :)

Χαίρετε, δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε κράτησή στο όνομα μού όταν έφτασα στο αεροδρόμιο τής Καβάλας. Ούτε υπάρχει ενα Auto Union περίπτερο στο αεροδρόμιο. Κανένας δεν είχε ιδέα ποιά είναι αυτή η εταιρεία ή ποιά είναι η κράτηση μου παρόλο που πληρώσαμε το ζητούμενο ποσόν απο περίπου 25€ για την βεβαίωση της κράτησής. Τελικά έπρεπε να πάρω τον γιό μου στην Γερμανία τηλέφωνο για να με βοηθήσει με αυτήν την μυστηριώδη κράτηση και ευτυχώς υπήρχε η avance car στο αεροδρόμιο και μπόρεσε να με εξυπηρετήσει.

Bei der Übergabe war das Auto in Ordnung und auch die Anweisungen eines Mitarbeiters der Auto Union freundlich und hilfreich. Nicht in Ordnung war das Benehmen der Besitzerin Frau E. Niti. Ich hatte nicht gewusst, dass mir nach Bezahlung der Automiete noch 700.- Euro Kaution auf der Kreditkarte blockiert werden für ev. Schäden. Frau Niti machte uns das in unfreundlichster Weise klar. Zudem verbot Sie uns den Wochenmarkt in Prinos zu besuchen weil dort viel Verkehr und wenig Parkplätze habe!!

Ottimo noleggio auto valida anche meglio di quanto visto online (l'unico aspetto da migliorare informare che vi un sovrapprezzo per ottenerla in paese perché l'agenzia si trova ad alcuni chilometri). Comunque nel complesso sono più che soddisfatto del servizio offerto.

it was such a rude and unfriendly staff. they wanted to give us a car with one of the front lights broken. they finally changed after my request. when I recommended them that it's better to have the fuel tank full, so the next person knows how to return it, the guy was very rude. the girl who serviced us she wasn't the most friendly, they refused to give us access to the toilet even if we were waiting for 30min. I wouldn't recommend it.

Δεν ήταν ευγενικοί και δεν παρέδοσαν το αυτοκίνητο στο αεροδρόμιο.
Ενώ διευκρινήσαμε πως θέλαμε να το παραλάβαμε ακριβώς έξω από το αεροδρόμιο, έπρεπε να μας πάρει ένα βαν και να μας πάει σχετικά μακριά να παραλάβουμε το αυτοκίνητο και αυτο μας δυσαρέστησε καθώς άλλαξε το πρόγραμμα μας και βρεθήκαμε σε δυσκολία δεδομένου πως παραλαμβάναμε και ένα άλλο το οποιο μας παρεδόθηκε στο αεροδρομιο. Επίσης, οι άνθρωποι δεν ήταν ευγενικοί! Ο οδηγός του βαν ήταν με νεύρα και ύφος, καθόλου φιλικός και καθόλου ευγενικός!

Slow on Pick up and drop of services
Upon arrival we had to wait for about 25 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive, as there was only 1 available driver and was on another ride. this is not convenient considering that we had 2 kids with us and there is not sufficient waiting area around to avoid the cold/windy weather.

Instead of a Panda I have been given a KIA Picanto. As normally happens the hand over process was very quick and only later on I realized that the car was in a miserable condition. The clutch did not work properly, the hand break wasn't holding firmly and I had to leave the gear on when I parked the vehicle. The luggage compartment cover was loose due to a broken suspension lanyard and would make noise during the driving process. Negative experience and so I will not use your service again!!

The car was perfect, exactly as per the specification requested. Unfortunately the Auto Union representatives were not at the airport when we arrived. After waiting 10mins, I then realised the only Auto Union telephone number on the documents was for their head office in Athens, not the local office in Preveza. By the time I called Athens and they in turn called the local office & called me back, the rep had turned up.

Απαραίτητη η ανανέωση του στόλου. Η φανερή φθορά των αυτοκινήτων δημιουργεί αμφιβολίες για την ασφάλειά τους.
Το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε. Έγινε άμεση αντικατάσταση του αυτοκινήτου. Στο 2ο αυτοκίνητο η πόρτα του συνοδηγού δεν έκλεινε με το κεντρικό κλείδωμα. Ούτε με τη δική της κλειδαριά. Η λάμπα του σαλονιού δεν λειτουργούσε.

Εξαιρετικά κακή συντήρηση του αυτοκινήτου
Ενοικίασα ένα Hyundai i20, με αρ. κυκλ. ΙΡΑ 3744. Από την 1η στιγμή αντιλήφθηκα ότι ήταν σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση: εξαιρετικά προβληματικό κιβώτιο ταχυτήτων, προβληματική εξάτμιση (ακουγόταν σε κάθε ανωμαλία του εδάφους), εξίσου προβληματική στροφή των τροχών δεξιά (εν ώρα οδήγησης ή παρκαρίσματος), αμετακίνητη βελόνα δείκτη βενζίνης. Δεν σχολιάζω τους κατεστραμμένους υαλοκαθαριστήρες (ιδίως του οδηγού) για να μην επεκταθώ. Σε μια Ικαρία με τόσες μακρινές διαδρομές, οδήγησα 7 ημέρες με αγωνία!..

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση.
Καλή συνεργασία και απο τίς δύο εταιρίες ενοικίασης. Το αυτοκίνητο ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό. Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι.

en arrivant au port d'Athinios, nous avons été pris immédiatement en charge et conduits par une navette à la centrale de Auto Union. la remise du véhicule s'est passée en un tour de mains. Nous en avons apprécié la propreté, la disponibilité du personnel pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement des différents manettes. après notre périple à travers l'île, nous avons pu rendre la voiture directement au port afin de profiter au maximum de notre séjour avant le départ du bateau.

Il personale di Alonissos nel nostro caso specifico è stato a dir poco cordiale e disponibile. Se dovessimo tornare sull'isola prenderemo sicuramente contatti con voi/loro.
Ad esempio appena abbiamo preso la macchina la spia sul cruscotto segnalava un problema di pressione alle gomme. La persona sul posto "Andy" ci ha immediatamente accompagnato al distributore per verificare la pressione dei pneumatici e ha provveduto a gonfiare la gomma che era sgonfia e ci ha detto che per qualsiasi problematica avremmo potuto fare riferimento a lui dandoci il suo numero di cellulare.

Freundliches Personal und problemlose Übergabe am Hafen und Abgabe am Flughafen. Wagen hatte über 50.000 km auf dem Buckel und das auf einer kleinen Insel. Daher relativ stark abgenutzt. Keilriemen quietschte. Insgesamt stimmte aber noch Preis und Leistung.

Η άφιξη της πτήσης στην Σάμο ήταν στις 07:05. Είχα κάνει την κράτηση του αυτοκινήτου απο λάθος στις 08:00. Η αντιπρόσωπος της Auto union car rental είχε έρθει νωρίτερα απο την ώρα που είχα δηλώσει! Ευγενική μας καλωσόρισε και αμέσως ολοκληρώσαμε την διαδικασία της κράτησης! Το αυτοκίνητο πεντακάθαρο και όλα λειτουργούσαν άριστα! Θα ξανα επιλέξω αυτήν την εταιρία σίγουρα στο επόμενο ταξίδι μου στην Σάμο!

Σχετική καθυστέρηση κατά την παραδοση και παραλαβή. Η όλη διαδικασία δεν γίνεται στο Αεροδρόμιο αλλά στις εγκαταστάσεις τους στο Κορωπί με αποτέλεσμα να αργεί κάπως το βανάκι τους με κίνδυνο να χαθεί η πτήση.

No complaints at all with friendly and helpful staff ( a lift to airport was a bonus). Car was fine with a reasonable fuel policy. In addition they weren't bothered by an extra scratch that we picked up when the car was parked

So so... I didn't get de car I asked and I couldn't have payed bycresir car.
I booked a polo with the girl on the phone, she told me she had to check with the company . I called back she told me that was ok. When I arrive in santorini I was given a panda!!!! That would have been great if I could have payed with my credit card when I gave the car back at the port. The guy told me the terminal didn't work then he didn't know to make it work.... In my mind he just wanted to be payed with cash....

Wir hatten einen Gutschein mit kostenlosem zweitem Fahrer, der uns dann voir Ort strikt verweigert wurde. Es ginge nur gegen Berechnung von rund 50.- € extra. Trotz Vorlage und deutlichem Hinweis auf das im Gutschein ausgedruckte wurde uns der kostenlose zweite Fahrer verwehrt. Bei Rückgabe des Autos wurde lange nach dem zu vernbichtenden Kreditkartenformular gesucht, wohl in der Hoffnung, es nachträgliuch einsetzen zu können. Diese beiden Punkte trübten den ansonsten akzeptablen Service sehr.

όταν γίνεται κράτηση για παραλαβή/παράδοση αυτοκινήτου από/στο αεροδρόμιο σημαίνει ότι η διαδικασία γίνεται ΕΚΕΙ, επί τόπου! Δεν σημαίνει ότι ΨΑΧΝΕΙΣ να βρεις κάποιον, κάπου, που με ένα βαν σε πάει σε μια απόσταση 10χλμ για να παραλάβεις το αυτοκίνητο! Όταν η διαδικασία είναι τέτοια θα πρέπει να υπάρχει μια σχετική ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΣΗ ΕΚ ΤΩΝ ΠΡΟΤΕΡΩΝ! Το μόνο καλό στην όλη ιστορία είναι πως μας έδωσαν καλύτερο όχημα από αυτό που περιμέναμε.

No CD player in use, No technical support on weekend. Fuel 3/8 Full ? ατ receipt of the car. Nobody there to deliver the car.(instruction:¨"If nobody here to welcome, leave the car open and keys at the top of front left wheel" and that I did at least. I don'd know yet if they fond all OK.

you get what you pay...
The big pro is the low price. However I dont recomend reserving a car at the Airport since the company does not have an office there. One small misanderstanding of the time of arrival can really escalate in a big delay. Moreover the car was in a relativ bad shape, not visualy, the steering whell was shaky, reflecting a wheel balance problem.

The car given had a non-operational air-condition and a few minutes after driving, the rear-view mirror (the interior one) started shaking when driving. It later fell on my head while driving, thankfully with no accident. Auto Union requested me to go to their office to have the car changed and a replacement was not immediately available. The second car given was ok.
